All online orders are in 1-2 business days Monday thru Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Friday thru Sunday will be fulfilled and shipped the start of the following week.

  • Orders placed on Friday through Sunday will be processed and shipped at the beginning of the following week.

Appointment Cancelation

To experience the full quality of service The Lash and Brow Society provides, we ask our clients to make cancellation requests no less than 24 hours in advance. Since we reserve your appointment time especially for you, failure to cancel your appointment accordingly will result in full appointment being charged to your credit card. Same day cancellations will result in a 35% of your service cancellation fee.

*MICROBLADING PERFECTING APPOINTMENTS*

All perfecting appointments done after 8 weeks of the initial appointment are charged the touch up price. No shows or same day cancellations are subject to 35% of a touch up cost.

Product Availability

After your order is submitted, if an item becomes out of stock, we will ship the items that are in stock and send an email indicating that one of your selected items is temporarily unavailable and you will be refunded for that item. We will notify you once the item is back in-stock.

  • If an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, The Lash and Brow Society will ship the available items and issue a refund for the temporarily unavailable item.
